Backstory
Akane Shijou is a 17 year old girl, who has the maturity of a 5 year old. She loves to eat dagashi (cheap Japanese snacks) and drink lots of soda. She is very hyperactive and nimble. She often bothers her big sister (Takane) in her free time.
She has a goal of making her room a dagashi wrapper mess, which Takane has to clean up every time. She loves her big sister very much.

She thinks of Takane as a target for her crazy practices, no matter how crazy it is. Akane doesn't really care how Takane will react to her tactics.
